Shipping Policy

We at Ivi Ryo corp value our customers and will only charge the lowest possible cost to ship our products to you. We will calculate applicable shipping charges, and other fees based on the size, weight, destination, and for purpose of insurance, the total value of the goods. All orders (local and international) are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

All international shipments outside the Philippines will not be charged the 12% Value Added Tax (VAT).

International customs and import taxes may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its final destination. Such charges shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient and cost may vary per country. Please contact your local customs office for more information or details regarding applicable tariffs. Please note that will not undervalue our products or declare them as gifts as it is illegal to do so.

Orders overseas are shipped with a 50% discount on the shipping fee which is already applied on the rates provided. Please allow 12 to 15 business days for shipping. All international orders are shipped from our Metro Manila warehouse using our partner courier, UPS.

For international orders, kindly take note that a minimum cancellation fee of php 1,000.00 will be charged to cover the shipping costs once a customer chooses to cancel an order that is already shipped out. The cancellation fee may increase based on the package contents (size, weight, total cost, and destination). For a cancellation to push through, the package must be returned in good condition.

Orders within the Philippines are shipped free of charge without a minimum purchase requirement. All orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Please allow 1 business week for shipping. All local orders are shipped through our courier partners, JRS Express, RAF, Lalamove (Metro Manila only), and LBC.

The cost for shipping of any package returned because of incorrect address shall also be charged to the customer.

Ivi Ryo Corp. does not assume responsibility in the event an order is delayed, held, or confiscated by Customs. The customer shall be solely responsible for having knowledge of and complying with their local laws, applicable regulations issued by their Health Department and other rules and applicable Customs regulations of the country of final destination.

Ivi Ryo corp. shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that may arise from improper international shipping practices. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return and refund Policy – Eligible for Refund

I. Order is eligible for refund if the product arrives unsealed

II. Order is eligible for refund if the product arrives damaged:

a. discoloration

b. past expiry date

c. misshapen

III. Order is eligible for refund if the product arrives incomplete

a. Not all orders are included

b. Items are missing from the product packaging

IV. Merchant must notify Ivi Ryo Corp. within 5 business days of receiving their packages

V. Approved refunds will be issued only when the package arrives safely and sealed at the Ivi Ryo office.

VI. All refund details given should be correct and complete. Any incorrect or incomplete details given will delay refund process

VII. If your exchange item is un-available or out-of-stock, refund will be processed

VIII. Banco de Oro is our partner bank for bank transfers. Please keep in mind that you would have to 3-5 banking days after we receive the returned items before refund is processed.
